Hi, I’m Dr. Ali Jabnoun
I’m a trained medical doctor with a strong background in preventive health and clinical medicine. Over the years, I have seen firsthand how modern work habits—especially remote work—can silently take a toll on the body and mind. From chronic neck and back pain to burnout, fatigue, and sleep disruption, many remote professionals struggle with issues that could have been prevented with the right guidance.
