About Me – The Doctor Behind Clerloop Health
Hi, I’m Dr. Ali Jabnoun, a trained medical doctor with a strong background in preventive health and clinical medicine. Over the years, I have seen firsthand how modern work habits—especially remote work—can silently take a toll on the body and mind. From chronic neck and back pain to burnout, fatigue, and sleep disruption, many remote professionals struggle with issues that could have been prevented with the right guidance.
Why I Created This Blog
I launched Clerloop Health because I noticed a growing health crisis among remote workers and freelancers. While remote work offers freedom and flexibility, it also introduces hidden risks: poor posture, repetitive strain injuries, mental stress, social isolation, and disrupted sleep.
Very few resources provide practical, science-backed solutions for these challenges. My goal is to fill that gap and give remote professionals access to actionable, medically-informed advice they can actually apply in their daily routines.
